  As an educationalist, my philosophy is simple: positive relationships are at the core of what I do every day, along with high quality teaching and pastoral care overseen by strong and passionate leadership.  

  My 18-year career in education, including twelve years as a senior leader, has provided me with significant depth and breadth of leadership experience.In my view, as a leader there is no feeling like steering a school in the direction that you totally believe in. To know that you have led a school through a period of change and come out the other end with your vision and methods validated is a hugely motivating factor for me.
